Mystery Solved!

What is the mystery that needed to be solved, you say? Well, here is the evidence that I gathered to solve the mystery. Can you tell what happened based on the evidence? :)

Exhibit A - I gathered a whole bunch of hair that was scattered on the floor and placed it in a clear plastic envelope, ready to get a DNA sample.

Exhibit B - This is the tool I found right in the middle of all that hair. Kid reptile scissors. The fingerprints, I bet, are still fresh on it.

Exhibit C - This is the little boy I found with a front section of his hair much shorter than the rest.

A brand new hair cut and I didn't even need to pay a dime for it. But, I guess a trip to the hairdresser in the near future is in order! :)

  6. PoetessWug - I'll have to see if I can YouTube that 'Leave it to Beaver' episode. That is too hilarious!

I'm so glad my older son didn't try to help his younger brother fix it. I think that would spell DISASTER! But then again, I would have another blog post entitled Mystery Solved - Part 2! :) LOL!

I don't mind you sharing on your blog. :)) I'm glad that this gave you a laugh! :)

    Have a great day! :)

  7. Lisa - LOL, thanks! Yes, we definitely have to be good investigators when it comes to our kids! :) Especially with my little one, as he's a bit sneaky! :)

  8. ColleensDesigns - Thanks! I'm glad that he decided to cut the front and not the side or back! :))

CinLynn Boutique - After I got over my 'shock' I had a good laugh. This is going to be a scrapbook page, for sure. Funny though, my older son never did this and I was thankful because I heard stories about kids who had done that. Now I have my own story to tell! :))) hahaha...

Have a great day, both of you! :)

  12. Uh-oh, I don't think I want to ask! :)

If he had tried cutting his brother's hair, I think there would definitely be some sort of retaliation and it wouldn't be pretty! I'd end up with two boys with crazy chopped hair, so thank goodness for that! :O

    Have a fantastic day! :)
